The Kite Sri Lanka Organization conducted the annual National Kite Festival, 'Nil Ahase Wasanthaya' (Spring of the Blue Sky) 2014 on August 31 at the Negombo Beach Park, Gampaha District , Western Province, Sri Lanka.
